The enterprise is located in Samarivskyi District, Dnipropetrovsk Region. Transport access is by road. Distance to ports: Pivdennyi — 415 km, Chornomorsk — 480 km, Reni — 749 km.
The raw material base covers four regions: Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Kirovohrad, and Kharkiv — local farmers and the company’s own crops (a separate asset, not included in the deal).
The total area of production and auxiliary buildings is 7,670.5 sq. m. The 5.5567-hectare land plot is leased until 2035, with the possibility of further extension.
The enterprise is in excellent technical condition following extensive modernization in 2024–2025 and scheduled maintenance in August 2026. It is ready to operate from the first days after the change of ownership.
The enterprise operates a full technological cycle: raw material receiving and cleaning → pressing → extraction → coagulation. Refining and deodorization are not performed — the product is shipped as Grade 1 unrefined, non-winterized oil in accordance with DSTU standards.
The maximum sunflower seed processing capacity is 200 tons per day. Current utilization is 160 tons/day (80% of nominal capacity), providing room to increase production without additional capital investment.
The operating season is 10 months per year (25 working days per month, with a scheduled technological shutdown for boiler cleaning). If contractors are engaged for scheduled maintenance, the operating season can be extended to 11 months.
Annual production volumes at the current utilization rate:
Sunflower seed processing: 40,000–44,000 tons
Oil production (43% yield): 17,200–18,920 tons
Sunflower meal production (40% yield): 16,000–17,600 tons
Sunflower seeds (raw material): 2 warehouses × 1,500 tons = 3,000 tons of one-time storage capacity
Oil: 1,000 tons (20 storage tanks)
Sunflower meal: 450 tons (floor storage)
Husks: 300 tons (floor storage)
