The maximum estimated production capacity of the facility is:

• up to 15,340,000 units per year;
• up to 1,278,300 units per month.

Actual production volumes depend on the type of product, packaging size, formulations, number of shifts, line utilization, and organization of the production process.

Certification and Quality Control

The production facility complies with Good Manufacturing Practice requirements applicable to the cosmetics industry.

A GMP/ISO certificate is in place.

The facility operates its own laboratory, providing quality control of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods.

Engineering Infrastructure

The complex is equipped with key utilities and autonomous engineering systems:

• 200 kW transformer substation;
• diesel generator;
• water wells;
• solid-fuel boilers;
• compressed air system;
• water treatment and purification system;
• security and video surveillance systems;

Personnel and Production Team

The enterprise has the personnel required to support production operations.

Personnel are not automatically included in the sale of the asset. The possibility of retaining individual specialists or forming a production team may be discussed separately.
