The business operates on a subscription-based model with a high rate of repeat enrollment, allowing the school to educate and retain children for many years rather than relying on one-time enrollments.

Commercial Offer

Package price for the network of 3 locations – $144,000 (UAH 6,178,200 at an exchange rate of UAH 43/$1). The projected payback period is up to two years based on the current financial model.

The package includes: three operating schools with equipment and educational materials, Inventor franchise rights for each location, a customer database of 10,000+ contacts and CRM systems, lease agreements, the team and established operational processes, and digital assets (social media accounts and website).

Deal structure: asset deal – transfer of business assets, franchise rights, and lease agreements (the business currently operates through individual entrepreneurs / sole proprietors).

The priority is to sell the network as a single package. The sale of individual locations may also be considered, with terms negotiated individually.
