Waste Sorting Complex

An operational waste sorting complex is offered for sale, including an industrial land plot and a complete set of infrastructure and equipment for sorting municipal solid waste (MSW).

The waste sorting line has a capacity of up to 50,000 tonnes per year with 10 sorting stations.

Land plot: 1.36 ha, privately owned. Designated use: industrial purposes (code 11:02). An approved Detailed Territorial Plan (DTP) and urban planning documentation are in place.

Infrastructure

• Recyclable materials storage facility made of lightweight concrete blocks, including areas for glass cullet and metal, as well as a covered shelter for waste paper storage.
• Containers for collecting recyclable materials: 10 units for waste paper and plastic (5 m³ each), 10 units for PET bottles (5 m³ each), and 2 units for glass (1.1 m³ each).
• Waste residue storage containers, 30 m³ — 4 units.
• Concrete perimeter fence, 3 m high and 750 m long.
• Entrance gate, 12 m wide.
• Hard-surfaced area (concrete road slabs and concrete pavement) covering 0.5 ha.
• Access road to the complex, 950 m long and 4.5 m wide.
• Power supply — 100 kW transformer substation.
• Autonomous diesel generator — 50 kW.

Technological Equipment

Waste sorting line (manufacturer: MPP "Rada"). Equipment includes:

• MSW receiving hopper with a moving floor.
• Waste feed conveyors.
• 10-station sorting cabin.
• Ultraviolet lamps.
• Bactericidal air purifiers.
• Air recuperators.
• Industrial exhaust ventilation systems.
• Lighting system.

• Other related equipment.

Additional equipment:

• Horizontal baler for compacting recyclable materials.
• L-shaped conveyor for feeding recyclable materials into the baler.
• Perforator for PET bottles, canisters, and chemical containers, integrated into the baler's receiving hopper.

• Truck scales — 80 tonnes.
• Front-end loader — 1 unit.
• Forklift — 1 unit.
• MAN container truck (multilift) for transporting waste residues.

Additional assets: 2 shipping containers for storing fuel, lubricants, and other materials; interchangeable bucket for the front-end loader; small scales with a capacity of up to 2.5 tonnes for weighing finished products; and other inventory and materials required for the full operation of the waste sorting facility.
