Sunflower Oil Pressing and Storage Complex

Oil Pressing Facility:

• Processing capacity: 280 tons/day of sunflower (resulting in 20% residual oil content in the cake, or up to 120 tons/day, 10% residual oil content possible)
• 6 presses
• 3 roasters
• Modern weighing equipment with strain gauges
• All equipment manufactured by TAN
• The plant is equipped with additional grain cleaning and aspiration zones, oil filtration and cooling zones, and a steam boiler facility.
• Modern Italian boiler house adapted for oil pressing and extraction – two industrial boilers using sunflower husks as fuel, water treatment equipment, condenser unit, generator room with the necessary equipment, as well as a station for producing fuel briquettes from husks.

Extraction Development Potential:

A designated area on the plot is allocated for the future construction of an oil extraction facility.
Estimated investment for the setup and equipment of a 280 TPD extraction facility is $2–2.5 million, depending on the selected equipment configuration, production capacity, and automation level.

Storage Infrastructure:

• Floor storage elevator capacity – 80,000 tons
• Metal silo – 12,000 tons
• Vertical oil storage tank – 1,000 tons
• 4 intake pits
• 3 dryers – 50 tons/hour each
• 6 BSH-100 units
• Oil storage is ensured through both internal and external tanks. The internal tanks have a total one-time storage capacity of 58 tons, while the external tanks provide an additional one-time storage capacity of 454 tons.

Utilities:

• 2 transformer substations on-site (400 kW and 1600 kW)
• Water: 150 m deep artesian well (owned by the local rural community)
• Gas: Gas Distribution Station, consumption capacity of 250 m³/h
