The car wash is located at 12-H Bilhorodska St., Sviatopetrivske village, opposite the modern residential complex “Petrovskyi Kvartal.” Distance from Kyiv city border: 5.8 km.

Location characteristics: strategically situated at a road intersection connecting three directions (Great Ring Road / Vyshneve / Boyarka – Bilohorodka). The facility is highly visible from all approaches.

Land Plot Area: 0.15 ha (four cadastral numbers)

The building is metal-frame but insulated and in excellent condition:

Technical Support:
Full technical support from the equipment supplier, including coordination of staff in case of breakdowns. Routine issues (replacement of high-pressure rings, rubber seals) are handled internally.

Business Structure:
The LLC leases the land and facilities to two sole proprietors (FOPs) who operate the business.
Both the LLC and FOPs use the simplified tax system. Full accounting support is provided.

Chemicals and spare parts are purchased by the FOPs. Additional expenses (e.g. waste disposal) are tracked separately.

Staff: 3 employees.
Work schedule: 24/48.
Compensation: UAH 1,900 per shift + 1% of turnover as a monthly bonus.
