Description

The enterprise is a successful agricultural business specializing in the production and sale of poultry products, with a positive financial and legal track record.

Poultry farming is carried out in an environmentally clean region of Ukraine (Cherkasy region). The poultry is raised exclusively on natural feed.

From a logistics perspective, the production facility is well located — near two national highways (Kyiv–Kharkiv, Kyiv–Dnipro) and a railway line.

Within a radius of 500 km, there are major regional centers, including the capital of Ukraine (distance to Kyiv — 180 km).

Tangible Assets
Land plot: 16 hectares (lease agreement for 49 years)

Poultry houses:
• 14 permanent poultry houses with a total area of 19,000 sq. m
• 8 of them are operational and fully equipped with automated Roxell equipment

Capacity: 860,000 birds per year, which provides:
• up to 820 tons of finished carcasses (1 kg) per year, or
• up to 1,500 tons of carcasses (1.8 kg) per year
• 6 poultry houses are preserved (not in operation)

There is potential on-site for the construction of additional poultry houses.

Total production capacity of all poultry houses (including those requiring reconstruction):
2,100,000 birds per year, equivalent to:
• 2,100 tons of carcasses (1 kg), or
• 3,700 tons of carcasses (1.8 kg)

Feed Mill
• Capacity: 16 tons of pellets per shift
• Annual output: 4,100 tons of feed
• Fully covers current production needs
• Equipment is new
• A full automation project is in progress

Slaughterhouse
• Area: 300 sq. m
• Capacity: 750 birds per hour
• Equipped with a 20-ton refrigeration unit, including shock freezing and reusable containers
• Equipment is new
• Refrigeration capacity is being gradually expanded

Infrastructure and Technical Facilities
• Solid fuel boiler house
• 50 kW solar power plant
• Permanent sanitary checkpoint with staff changing rooms
• Veterinary pharmacy, electrical workshop, garages, storage facilities, repair workshop
• Straw warehouse: 1,600 sq. m
• Preserved (inactive) hatchery

Sales:
The company has an established customer and partner base for selling finished products (including retail chains such as Ekomarket, Velyka Kyshenia, etc.), as well as organized sales of live poultry.
There are active contracts and a supplier base for: day-old chicks, veterinary products, equipment, solid fuel, gas, electricity, straw, finished feed, logistics services, and other supplies.

1. Construction of 8 new poultry houses** (13,600 sq. m)
Expected effect: 1.8× increase in production capacity — up to 8,600 tons of poultry per year

2. Reconstruction or construction of a new hatchery
Expected effect: reduced production cost and elimination of dependence on external suppliers

3. Development of a proprietary retail store network** (as a separate business line)

4. Establishment of in-house product processing
